Concrete and grading
• Final grading
activities are nearing completion.
• Miscellaneous
concrete paving, sidewalk and curb & gutter installation will
continue over the next several weeks.
• Asphalt paving
installation began in September.
Painting, flooring and carpentry
• Painting
activities throughout the building will continue through the fall.
• Vinyl wall
covering application has begun on all floors and will continue through
December.
• Flooring
installation continues on the first floor and is nearing completion on
the second and third floors.
• Cabinetry
installation continues on the first floor, and is scheduled to be
finished by late November on the second and third floors.
• Drywall
installation throughout the building is complete.
• Acoustical
ceiling installation continues on schedule.
Mechanical and electrical
• HVAC system
testing and balancing has begun.
• Installation of
the fuel oil system is complete.
• Above-ceiling
and in-wall electrical is complete.
• Installation of
electrical fixtures and trim-out is ongoing.
Miscellaneous
• The furniture
installation will begin in December.
• Designs for
graphics and signage were finalized early this month.
• The artwork
vendor has been selected and installation will take place in December.
• Installation of
the low voltage systems will continue through the fall.
Moisture protection
• Installation of
the exterior insulated finish system (EIFS) is complete.
Framing and drywall
• Exterior window
and storefront installation is expected to be completed by the end of
this month.
• Door and
hardware installation is nearing completion.
