Sitework & Building Structure
• Site lighting
is installed and the lights are on.
• Paving and curb
& gutter work are complete except for in the right-of-way and
around the building.
•All work
associated with the access to MARTA, except the sidewalk, is complete.
• Structural
steel erection is complete.
•The steel frame
for the entrance canopy has been installed.
Mechanical and Electrical
•The building is
ready for permanent power to be turned on.
•All of the
overhead mechanical and electrical rough-ins are complete.
• Telephone, data
and security cabling is underway.
• Light fixtures
are being installed on the first floor, right behind the ceiling grid.
Building Enclosure
• All masonry and
precast installation is completed.
• Glass and
glazing at the punched openings is complete. Curtainwall installation
above the front canopy is underway.
•The roof
installation is complete.
• Stucco is
underway on the penthouse.
Interior Construction
• Framing of
high interior walls is complete.
• Ceiling
grid is underway on the first floor.
• Framing of
walls to the underside of the ceiling grid is underway on the first
floor.
• Tile has
started in the first floor restrooms.
• Systems
furniture has been ordered; installation should begin in late March.
Vertical Transportation
• Interior stairs
have been set and the treads poured. Installation of stair handrails is
underway.
• The
elevator installation has started. Elevator lobby doors and frames are
underway, and the platforms are set.
