Project Kick-off
• Building & site demolition was completed in early November, 2002.
• The Groundbreaking Ceremony was held on November 22, 2002.
• The Contractor has fully mobilized on site.
Grading & Sitework
•The building pad has been graded to facilitate the start of piling.
•Site grading and sitework contractors are ready to mobilize.
•Existing overhead power lines have been relocated to the south side of the site.
Building Enclosure
• Test piles have been driven, tested and approved.
• Pile driving commenced early January, and should be completed by the end of the month.
• Pile caps and grade beams should commence in February.
• Structural steel fabrication is underway and will be available for delivery once foundation and slab-on-grade are completed.
